We offer three styling packages, to get the best out your living space:
Terms & Conditions
1. Any consultation of five rooms or more will require a custom Styling Service quote. This must be paid in full prior to the first consultation.
2. If the location of the styling consultation is further than 25km from the closest showroom the consultation will need to be quoted.
3. If you need to change the date of your consultation, please contact your relevant showroom at least 48 hours prior to your consultation date. We may not be able to accommodate changes made within 24 hours of your
consultation date.
4. For a full refund of your consultation fee any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to your consultation date. Cancellation after this time will result in 50% of your booking fee being held by The Modern.
5. If our stylist arrives at your home and you are not there, your booking will be cancelled, and your consultation fee will not be refunded. Please contact your relevant showroom in the case of an emergency delaying your arrival home or requiring postponement or cancellation of your
consultation.
6. If you reach the end of your allocated time and you require more service, our stylist will ask if you would like to book an additional consultation. We cannot extend the service without a prior booking and payment of the additional consultation fee.
7. Using our styling service will not accelerate your furniture dispatch or
reduce any normal lead times. Our usual logistical procedures and lead times will apply. Your stylist will not be held responsible for any delays caused by manufacturing and shipping logistics.
8. Our stylists are only able to advise on products from The Modern. They are unable to advise on any structural renovations, appliances, fittings and fixtures or furniture items not from The Modern.
9. The trade discount excludes PLANK shelving, books, handmade ceramics and original paintings.
Artel sofas are discounted 5%.
10. Our usual terms and conditions regarding change of mind and refunds on furniture and accessory purchases will apply. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on our website: www.themodern.com.au
