SHOWROOM MANAGER, CREMORNE, SYDNEY

We are looking for someone with a strong sales capability who has a warm and friendly disposition and genuinely enjoys engaging with others and leading a team.

The position is suited to a candidate with previous retail management experience, professional qualifications or exposure in related fields. In either case, knowledge and confidence in working and engaging with a diverse client base is a requirement.

NOTE: This position is for a four day week.

You will demonstrate:

• At least 5 years retail experience and 2 years people management experience

• Warmth, personality, maturity and exceptional interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with achieving sales related KPIs

• A positive, results driven attitude and a desire to learn

• Computer proficiency, efficiency and organisation

• A love and flair for interior design and styling

• Leadership skills, flexibility and the desire to grow with the team

• The ability to work in a calm and focused manner
