The Joonas lid is made entirely of cork that can be used both as a coaster for mugs and glasses, and as a lid to close bowls and mugs. Depending on the variant the Joonas pattern is printed or stamped onto the coaster, giving the object a beautiful, playful look.

Designed by artist Maija Isola, the pattern is inspired by the Joonas pattern is inspired by the sun dancing on the Mediterranean waves, the light of the world.
