How do I book my styling service?

Book your styling service online or at your nearest showroom:

ONLINE. Select the package that suits you best & enquire via the form on the same webpage.

IN PERSON. Visit your nearest showroom and book directly with our showroom team.

How many rooms can be covered in a styling package?

Our styling packages cover up to four rooms, so whether you're refreshing a single space or rethinking your entire home, we have a package to suit:

EDIT. Up to two rooms.

STYLE. Up to four rooms.

HOME. Up to four rooms, with additional end-to-end care.

How long does the in-home consultation take?

The length of the in-home consultation varies depending on which package is right for you:

EDIT. One hour.

STYLE. Two hours.

HOME. Two hours, with additional end-to-end care.

Can I extend my in-home consultation time?

We cannot extend the service without a prior booking and payment of the additional consultation fee. If you reach the end of your allocated time and you require more service, our stylist will ask if you would like to book an additional consultation.

What if I need to reschedule my in-home consultation?

If you need to change the date of your consultation, please contact your relevant showroom at least 24 hours prior to your consultation date. Though we will try, we may not be able to accommodate changes made within 24 hours of your consultation due to showroom rostering.

Do I receive a discount on furniture?

Yes. Clients who book a styling package receive exclusive access to 10% off furniture where no greater offer applies.
