Happy 60th birthday to Unikko!

The year 2024 marks the 60th anniversary of Unikko (Poppy), one of the most recognized Marimekko print designs in the world. To celebrate, this large-scale and abstract variation of Maija Isola's famous poppies decorates the outside stoneware. Called Iso Unikko (Big Poppy), its classic black and white colourway will be the perfect dining accent for your everyday cup of coffee or tea, all in the company of Marimekko's joyful and celebratory poppies. The Marimekko Iso Unikko plate is a part of the anniversary collection and stamped with a single poppy and an identifying "Unikko 60th Anniversary" on the bottom of the stoneware.
