About This Piece
A little piece of summer for your morning coffee. Designed by Erja Hirvi, Kukasta Kukkaan came to life while she was painting at her summer retreat, inspired by flowers in all their wonderfully imperfect forms. Its Finnish name means “from flower to flower”, a nod to bumblebees making their way through the garden. Here, the free-flowing floral print wraps around Marimekko’s classic 2.5dl Oiva mug. Cheerful, a little unruly and very Marimekko.
